Quality is our motto. Service is our commitment.
Every screw, barrel and machine that leaves our workshop is built to specification, tested against it and documented for the customer.

Material · Process · Documentation
Every twin screw & barrel is made from Original EN41B — we provide the ISO Laboratory certificate with every order. In-depth hardness reaches up to 0.5 mm and the running surface is highly polished and buffed to enhance material flow.
For high-filler applications we offer Tungsten Carbide coating (0.47 – 0.50 mm depth) on screws and HSS sleeve fitted barrels (5–6 mm sleeve, 62–64 HRC throughout hardness) for maximum service life.
Standards we build to.
