RS Extrutech is a manufacturer and exporter of plastic processing machinery and spare parts. From a single deep-hole drilling operation, we have grown into a full-line supplier — building twin & single screw barrels up to 150 mm diameter, single barrels up to 450 mm × 6000 mm long, complete PVC / HDPE / PPR pipe plants, high speed heater-cooler mixers and every downstream component in between.
Our screw-barrels are made from original EN41B (ISO Laboratory certificate provided), with in-depth hardness up to 0.5 mm, optional tungsten carbide coating and HSS sleeve barrels for maximum service life.
